  Worst experience i have ever had. I will be turning this place in to the BBB. I had booked a Cabin for September the 9th 2017 for a wedding that i had booked a year in advance. Wedding was cancelled in January. I promptly called and canceled the room. First they had no record of a reservation for our cabin( but they took my money). i proved they charged me. They never disclosed that it was non refundable and that i did NOT have to pay right then to reserve the room. The website was down and a man took my reservation over the phone who disclosed nothing...mind you EVERYONE has got there refund including the Bride and Groom at the Neighboring Ranch (X-Diamond, they are highly recommended) This goes on for months. They agree to refund me if i can send my bank statement showing i was charged...i did....then they wanted a confirmation number which i sent....after proving i had rented this cabin because they had no knowledge of it they assured me there was a check in the mail...2 months later nothing! They wont return my calls, respond to messages nothing. My bank will be going after them now with the paper trail we have. Needless to say they would like to rent this cabin out again for the same weekend and make 2x the money. Bad Business, and i will be telling everyone know.
